  • Tip# 1: Help those forearms!
    • Help building the strength of your forearms by simply crumpling a newspaper. Start by laying a newspaper sheet on a flat surface. Start crumpling the sheet into a ball with your dominant hand for 30 seconds. Repeat with your other hand.
  • Tip# 2: Heal faster, within!
    • Don't exercise when you're sick, unless your symptoms are above the neck. Even then you're better off not exercising. Your body will thank you as it will use its resources to heal itself, not build muscle and endurance.
  • Tip# 3: Big guns!
    • You can have a more intense biceps workout by simply bending your wrists. Extend them backward slightly, and hold them that way, as your doing your biceps exercises.
  • Tip# 4: Stre...tch/ngth
    • Increase your strength with stretching! As you are resting between workout sets, take a few seconds to stretch out the muscles you just worked. Doing so would increase your strength in the long run.
